Interviewing
We prepare and debrief candidates before and after client interviews, collect feedbacks and report them mutually
We coordinate and facilitate the interviews scheduling process between candidates and clients
We follow up with rejected candidates to properly inform them about the reasons for of the decision
Hiring
We conduct professional references checks and collect certificates of studies for candidates in the final stages of the recruitment process
We provide assistance and our expertise to the selected candidates in all the matters related to salary negotiations, resignation, contract signatures, family relocation, accommodation, work permits, taxation, etc
We follow up with placed candidates and employers to check how things are going (1 month before, 1 month after, 3 months after, and 6 months after employment start date)

Pricing
The fee % is calculated on one yearly base salary and an invoice is issued on the date of the signature of the employment contract between the client and the candidate
Amount to be paid upfront to activate the "premium" package- this amount will be deducted from the final amount of the Successful Placement Fee
An invoice for this amount is issued on the day that a vetted candidate is introduced to the client
This amount varies proportionally to the number of jobs searches activated in a month ( contact our consultants for more information )
